<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Columbia Police arrest suspect in two burglaries on Torrey Pines Drive</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police have arrested Seweryn Rapacinski, 62, of Poland, in connection with two burglaries that occurred on Torrey Pines Drive on July 10 and Sept. 23. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With the assistance of several law enforcement agencies, Rapacinski was arrested in Lincoln, Nebraska, on charges of two counts of burglary and two counts of felony stealing. He does not have legal citizenship in the U.S. and has an ICE detainer.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On July 10, Columbia Police officers responded to a burglary in the 1400 block of Torrey Pines Drive in which the front door of a residence had been forced open and property inside had been stolen. On Sept. 23, officers responded to a burglary at another residence on the same block. Detectives determined that Rapacinski and another suspect were involved in both burglaries. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia Police Department would like to thank the Birmingham, Michigan, Police Department, the Iowa State Patrol, the Nebraska State Patrol and the Missouri State Highway Patrol for their assistance in this investigation and Papacinski’s apprehension.</span></p>
