<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Beginning Monday, Sept. 29, the City of Columbia Stormwater Utility will close East Phyllis Avenue to replace the stormwater system under the roadway.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The work is scheduled to be completed by Oct. 10.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Barricades and signs will be present to direct traffic around the closure.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motorists, pedestrians and nonmotorized transportation users are urged to exercise caution around the work zone or find alternate routes.</span></p></div>
