<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Road and sidewalk closure on Park Avenue for stormwater project, Oct. 7-9</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, E.M. Harris Construction, contractors for the City of Columbia Sewer division, will perform <span style="font-weight: 400;">stormwater management</span> work outside 308 Park Ave. as part of the Park Avenue housing project.<br /><br />During this work, Park Avenue will close between North Providence Road and North Fifth Street. Road closure and detour signs will be posted throughout the area.<br /><br />On Park Avenue, sidewalks run along both the north and south sides of the street. To maintain pedestrian access, the contractor will keep one side open at all times. The specific sidewalk closed will depend on where crews need to connect sewer lines.<br /><br />Work is expected to be completed and the road and sidewalks reopened by 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9.<br /><br />Additional closures on Park Avenue between North Fifth and North Seventh streets, as well as betwe
 en North Seventh and North Eighth streets, will be required later as part of this same project. Dates for those closures will be announced once scheduled.</div>
