<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">On Oct. 23, Columbia Police arrested Nikolaus Logan Harvey, 26, of Columbia on the charge of conspiracy to commit murder. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Investigators determined that Harvey had planned to have a Columbia Police officer killed. Harvey is currently in custody at the Phelps County Jail.</span></p>
