<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">City of Columbia to redirect residents from MyUtilityBill to PayCoMo to complete online transactions starting Feb. 2</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display: inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Starting Feb. 2, residents will be redirected from MyUtilityBill to PayCoMo, the City's online payment system, to complete payment transactions. Billing itself will not be affected by this change.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Residents can pay their utility bills, parking tickets, home energy loan statements or general billing invoices, including solid waste roll carts, retiree insurance bills and other miscellaneous bills. Residents can view past and current PayCoMo receipts on the homepage, securely manage payment methods and set up AutoPay through PayCoMo's wallet.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For a smooth online payment transition, the City asks all residents to create an account within PayCoMo at their earliest convenience. To do this, navigate </span><a style="white-space:nowrap" href="http://pay.como.gov"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pay.CoMo.gov</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and click Log In/Create Account. Residents will have the ability to continue as a guest, but to get the most out of this service, including access to auto payments and storing payment methods, creating an account is required.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">PayCoMo features an easy-to-access home page with current unpaid bills listed under Action Items. Customers can also view their past payment history by clicking the Past Payments button. Available Services are also listed.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For more information about how to enroll in AutoPay, visit </span><a style="white-space:nowrap" href="http://como-help.payitgov.com"><span style="font-weight: 400;">como-help.payitgov.com</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. Residents can receive in-person assistance with online AutoPay enrollment from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at Utility Customer Service located at City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.</span></p></div>
