<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - City of Columbia Utilities and Stantec Consulting will be hosting a Rates 101 presentation to explain how the Utility departments determine revenue sufficiency, cost of service, rate design<br />and customer impact.<br /><br />The public event, which will focus on Solid Waste and Sewer, will be at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 3 in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.<br /><br />The session will be recorded for interested parties to view at their convenience on the City of Columbia website.<br /><br />City staff will also be available at the meeting to answer questions and take comments.</div>
