<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Lane closure announced for road work on Rogers Street, March 23; lane shift on Forum Boulevard, March 26</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, March 23, City of Columbia Public Works Street division crews will perform road work on Rogers Street in front of Jefferson Middle School.<br /><br />Crews will replace a section of failed concrete pavement in the eastbound lane. Work will include removing deteriorated concrete and pouring a new concrete panel.<br /><br />One lane will be closed during the work. Flaggers will direct traffic through the work zone.<br /><br />Rogers Street is expected to fully reopen by 5 p.m. Monday, March 23, weather permitting.<br /><br />Beginning at 7 a.m. Thursday, March 26, crews will also perform road work on Forum Boulevard near the intersection of Crestwood Lane to replace a collapsed section of pavement.<br /><br />No full lane closures are planned; however, northbound traffic will shift lanes through the work area. This section of Forum Boulevard transitions from four lanes to 
 two lanes and drivers should expect reduced speeds for worker safety in the northbound lanes. Southbound traffic is expected to flow normally. <br /><br />Traffic message boards will be in place to notify drivers of the work.<br /><br />All lanes are expected to reopen by 5 p.m. Thursday, March 26, weather permitting.<br /><br />These projects are in addition to <a style="white-space:nowrap" href="https://www.como.gov/CMS/pressreleases/view.php?id=9635">already announced</a> work on North Garth Avenue March 23 and work on South Fairview Road March 24-25.</div>
