<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - The City of Columbia is accepting applications for the Capture Columbia budget Photo Contest. The winner’s submissions will be featured in the 2027 fiscal year City budget.<br /> <br /> Submissions should depict a landscape, artwork or other landmark in Columbia, Missouri. To be eligible for the competition, participants must reside in Missouri and be 18 years of age or older. Entries can be submitted via email at Budget-Contest@como.gov or by filling out the entry form at <a href="https://www.como.gov/finance/capture-como-budget-photo-contest-2026/">CoMo.gov/capture-como</a>.<br /><br /> No logos other than the City of Columbia should be included in submissions. The top 12 entries will be selected by the City Finance department based on aesthetic composition, picture clarity and quality and promotion of the City of Columbia. Public voting on those submissions will take place May 6-10, and th
 ose results will determine the winners.<br /><br /> Winners will be notified via email. The top three entries will each receive a framed version of their image, and be featured on the city social media pages.<br /> <br /> Submissions will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 30.</div>
