<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At about 2:56 a.m. April 12, Columbia Police officers were dispatched to a local hospital to investigate three injured individuals who had arrived at the emergency room.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The investigation revealed a disturbance had occurred in the 2500 block of Old Highway 63. During this disturbance, three individuals were ran over by a vehicle. One of the individuals has life-threatening injuries. The two other individuals have non-life-threatening injuries.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Utilizing Flock cameras, officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle in Osage County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted by conducting a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Columbia Police arrested Andy Cenobio, 19, of Columbia for assault in the first-degree and armed criminal action as a result of this incident. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Columbia Police Department would like to thank the Missouri State Highway Patrol for their assistance in this matter. </span></p>
