<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, Milam Excavating will install sanitary sewer service laterals for new residential construction for developer Anderson Homes.<br /><br />During construction, Mikel Street will be closed at its intersection with Ridgeway Avenue. Detour routes will be clearly marked with signs in the area.<br /><br />Work is expected to be completed and the road reopened by 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, weather permitting.</div>
