(COLUMBIA, MO) -
The City of Columbia is excited to announce the official launch of Eproval, a cutting-edge permitting platform designed to streamline and enhance the special event permitting process. Effective immediately, all Special Event Permit Applications must be submitted through the Eproval system.

Eproval revolutionizes the way special event permits are handled by offering applicants a more intuitive experience with real-time tracking, improved communication tools and enhanced transparency. The platform also ensures equitable access to the permitting process by standardizing workflows and making resources available to applicants 24/7, regardless of their schedules or previous experience.

"Eproval is a game-changer for the City and the Columbia community," said Amy Schneider, director of the Convention and Visitors Bureau. "Eproval not only streamlines the permitting process but also ensures that applicants have access to submit their applications and monitor their progress at all times, promoting both efficiency and equity."

In addition to its focus on innovation and equity, Eproval enhances customer service by ensuring that applicants can access permitting resources, communicate with reviewers, and track their applications at any time.

Why Eproval?

Eproval’s robust features include:

24/7 Access and Support: Applicants can submit applications, monitor progress, and communicate with reviewers at any time.

Intuitive and User-Friendly Interface: Designed for ease of use, requiring little to no training.

Real-Time Tracking: Applicants always know where their permit stands in the review process.

Equity in Access: Clear, consistent processes ensure fair treatment for all applicants, regardless of experience level.
