<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - <p style="display:inline;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At about 9:09 p.m. on Aug. 14, Columbia Police responded to a traffic accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian near East St. Charles Road and Remm Drive. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The vehicle struck the pedestrian traveling eastbound on East St. Charles Road. The pedestrian, Mark Hunter Jr, 47, of Columbia, was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased from his injuries. The next of kin has been notified. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
