<div style="font-size: 110%; line-height:150%;"><h1 style="clear:both; margin-top: 75px;  margin-bottom: 10px; font-weight: bold; font-size: 130%;">Sidewalk closures for repairs on St. Joseph Street, Aug. 31-Nov. 6</h1>
<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Starting Monday, Aug. 31, All Seasons Landscaping, a contractor for the City of Columbia Public Works department, will repair sidewalks along St. Joseph Street between East Ash Street and Park Avenue.<br /><br />Crews will repair broken sidewalk panels, replace driveway approaches and improve sidewalk ramps along the street. The estimated cost of the project is $60,000.<br /><br />The contractor will work on one side of the street at a time, keeping the sidewalk on the opposite side open for pedestrians. Signs will be posted to direct pedestrians to the appropriate sidewalk and safe crossing points as work progresses.<br /><br />Parking spaces along both sides of St. Joseph Street will be needed to complete the work. "No Parking" signs will be placed in spaces needed for construction. Drivers should avoid parking in signed spaces during the dates and times posted on the signs.<br /><br />Work is expected t
 o be completed by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, weather permitting.</div>
