<div class="content"><span style="padding-left: 50px;">(COLUMBIA, MO)</span> - Capital Paving, contractor for the City of Columbia Public Works department, continues mill and overlay pavement maintenance throughout Columbia.<br /><br />A <a style="white-space:nowrap" href="https://www.como.gov/CMS/pressreleases/view.php?id=9841">previous press release</a> discussed work scheduled for Sept. 8-28. Completion of this work has been delayed and is now expected to be completed between Oct. 1-8, weather permitting.<br /><br />Additionally, new streets have been identified for mill and overlay pavement maintenance between Sept. 28 and Oct. 14:<br /><br />
<ul>
<li>Towne Drive between Whitegate Drive and Sylvan Lane</li>
<li>Edison Street between East Business Loop 70 and Lakeview Avenue</li>
<li>Lakeview Avenue between Rangeline Street and Fir Place</li>
<li>Fir Place between Lakeview Avenue and Larch Court</li>
<li>Mohawk Avenue between Aztec Boulevard and the end of the street</li>
<li>Comanche Court between Mohawk Avenue and the end of the street</li>
<li>Cherokee Lane from Aztec Boulevard and Navajo Avenue </li>
<li>Navajo Avenue between Mohawk Avenue and the end of the street</li>
</ul>
Crews will work daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Temporary lane closures will be necessary while crews are working. One lane will remain open to traffic at all times.<br /><br />On streets where parking is permitted, temporary "No Parking" signs will be posted at least 24 hours in advance. Please observe the dates and times listed on the signs to help crews complete the work safely and efficiently.</div>
