<P><A href="http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/Planning/Commissions/PZ/documents/11_55.pdf">Case No. 11-55</A><BR>A request by the City of Columbia to rename that portion of Lemone Industrial Boulevard located east of its eastern right-of-way line to the point of intersection with the Maguire Boulevard Extension to “Emily Drive”. </P>
<P><A href="http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/Planning/Commissions/PZ/documents/11_49.pdf">Case No. 11-49</A><BR>A request by Jerry Kelly (owner) to rezone approximately 5 acres from Boone County R-S (single-family residential) to City R-1 (one-family dwelling) pending approval of a voluntary annexation. The property is located on the east side of Creasy Springs Road north of W. Prairie Lane and south of Blue Ridge Road, extended, and is addressed as 3624 Creasy Springs Road.</P>

The property is located at the southeast corner of Rangeline Street and Vandiver Drive.</P>
<P><A href="http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/Planning/Commissions/PZ/documents/11_35.pdf">Case No. 11-35</A><BR>A request by 1111 North College, LLC (owner) and the Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture (applicant) to rezone approximately 0.32 acre from O-1 (Office) to C-1 (Intermediate Business), located at 1207 Smith Street. <STRONG>This item was tabled at the May 19, 2011 meeting and the application has been modified to reduce the area requested for rezoning.</STRONG> </P>
<P><A href="http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/Planning/Commissions/PZ/documents/11_51.pdf">Case No. 11-51</A><BR>A request by Thomas & Pamela Kardon (owners) to rezone a 0.43 acre of land from R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling) to C-P (Planned Business), and approve a major amendment to the existing “Kardon C-P Plan” to incorporate the land to be rezoned and create a common statement of intent and design parameters for the entire 1.11-acre plan area. The subject site is located on the southeast corner of Coats Street and North Boulevard and includes Lots 10 and 11 of J.C. Conley’s Addition (addressed as 1200 and 1206 Coats Street and 808 North Boulevard. </P>
<P><A href="http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/Planning/Commissions/PZ/documents/11_47.pdf">Case No. 11-47</A><BR>A request by Mark Nichols and Patra Mierzwa (owners) to rezone 0.6 acre of land from R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) to C-P (Planned Business). The subject site is located on the southwest corner of Broadway and West Boulevard (addressed 1000, 1002, and 1004 W. Broadway; and 3 West Boulevard S.).</P>
