A request to table this item until the August 4, 2011 meeting has been received.</STRONG></P>
<P><A href="http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/Planning/Commissions/PZ/documents/11_60FCSFinancialNewLendingFacility.pdf">Case No. 11-60</A><BR>This is a request by The Clark Enersen Partners (Vinanti Desai, agent), on behalf of Gary Irwin (owner) for approval of an O-P development plan, to be known as “FCS Financial New Lending Facility Columbia, Missouri (O-P Development Plan).” The 2.5-acre property is located on the east side of Woodard Drive, approximately 200 feet south of Amron Court.</P>
