<p>A request by Walnut II, LLC (owner) to rezone approximately 0.4 acres

C-2 (Central Business District). The subject site it located on the 
south side of Walnut Street, approximately 350 feet west of College

<p>A request by Crockett Engineering, on behalf of David and Caryn 
Fenton (owners), to amend the C-P statement of intent list of permitted 
uses and for approval of a C-P development plan to be known as "Columbia
 Car Care C-P Plan."  The 2.55-acre property is located at 900 N. Old

Business District).  The 3.44-acre property is located at 1325 Smiley
