</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;line-height:18px;white-space:pre-wrap">The City of Columbia Community Development Department is requesting public input on a potential code revision to allow for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in R-2 zoning districts. The purpose of an ADU is to create new housing units while preserving the look and scale of one-family neighborhoods. ADUs can be created within an existing one-family dwelling or built as a new stand-alone structure behind the principal dwelling.</span><br>
