Senior Fitness
Studies prove that seniors who participate in resistance weight
training increase muscle strength. Stretching, lifting technique,
correct breathing and machine adjustments are covered in this class.
Don't let your fitness level keep you from taking the class - we will
modify any exercises to fit your needs.
Tues/Thurs, Sept 14-23, 8-10 am

Stability Ball Mini Clinic
Learn basic to advanced maneuvers using the ball for a full body
workout. The stability ball isn't just for abs, so learn how it can
benefit you in your training for muscular strength, balance, and
flexibility. You will be amazed what can be done on the ball.
