Dear Softball Participant,

Some of the players in our softball leagues have expressed an interest in switching our city league affiliation from ASA to USSSA.  We have been considering the pros and cons of each of these affiliations and how they will affect our city softball leagues.   It is important to us that we get input from our softball participants on such an important decision.

We will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the Armory Sports Center, located at 701 E. Ash.  This meeting will be at 6:30 PM in the upstairs conference room.  We would like to invite you to attend this meeting and give us your thoughts on switching affiliations.  We would like to know what you like and/or dislike about each affiliation and how you think each affiliation fits with our city leagues.

If you know another softball participant that has something to offer, please feel free to bring them with you.  We would like to discuss the possible affiliation change with several people before the final decision is made.  Please attend the meeting on September 26 and let your opinion be heard.
