[arc-l]: ARC Water Zone extends Rec Swim

[Activity and Recreation Center (ARC)]

The ARC Water Zone will have extended Rec Swim hours on August 18, 19 and 20. Instead of starting at 3 pm, Rec Swim will start at 12 noon on those three days.
