[arc-l]: Paving project at the ARC

[Activity and Recreation Center (ARC)]

Some portions of the ARC parking lot will undergo major repairs starting
next week, on Sept 27. There will be three phases of construction in
order to minimize impact to users. During construction, some portions of
the parking lot will be closed to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
