Small Request Funding Opportunity
April marks the beginning of the OCA's third quarter of the OCA's
fiscal year which means that Small Request applications must be received
by 5:00 p.m. on March 10.  Requests may be for up to $500 and must be
from arts organizations with 501c3 status.  Applications will be
reviewed and allocations made at the April meeting of the Commission on
Cultural Affairs. For more information, contact the OCA for application
forms and guidelines, 573-874-6386, oca at GoColumbiaMo.com or use the
online form at www.GoColumbiaMo.com (on the Cultural Affairs page).
											
Annual Arts Funding Info.
Applications for the city's annual arts funding process are available
at the OCA or online at www.GoColumbiaMo.com (on the Cultural Affairs
page). A reminder that the deadline for the optional staff review of
proposals is April 9. Review is for completeness and accuracy only and
does not include commentary on content. The final due date for all
funding applications is May 7. Applications must be in the OCA by 5:00
p.m. that day. This is not a postmark deadline; if you are mailing your
application, please allow additional time for the city's mail room to
process items after the Post Office does so. Late applications cannot be
considered.
								
Arts Administrators Roundtable Meeting
Mark your calendar for the next meeting of our Arts Roundtable...March
6, 7:00 p.m. performance of the Columbia Chorale and Columbia Civic
Orchestra at the Missouri Theater.  It's on us, just let us know if
you will join us so we'll have a ticket for you (and a guest, if
you'd like). Please come to get to know other arts enthusiasts
(paid or volunteer) while we enjoy the efforts of two local arts groups.
