Annual Arts Organization Funding
Contracts for fiscal year '06 arts funding were sent to arts
organizations on October 27. Signed contracts, revised narratives and/or
budgets and responses to stipulations are due back to the OCA on or
before December 2 and must be received before any payment can be made.
If you have not received your packet or have questions about the process
or what is required of your organization, contact the OCA, 573-874-6386,

Arts Roundtable
Join us after the November 14 Commission on Cultural Affairs meeting
for an informal networking opportunity with other local arts enthusiasts
and members of the Commission; refreshments will be served. The
Commission meeting starts at 4:15 and will be in the community training
room at the City-County Health Department, 1005 W. Worley. You may sit
in on the Commission meeting or come afterwards for the Roundtable
get-together which will start at approximately 5:15. Arts
administrators, board members and volunteers are encouraged to attend.	


Art Input!
The Missouri Arts Council is updating its strategic plan and wants to
hear from you. Take part in a "town hall meeting" in Columbia on
Wednesday, December 6, 7 p.m. at the ARC (Activity & Recreation Center),
 1701 W. Ash. Don't miss the opportunity to make your voice heard --
we want to be sure that mid Missouri artists and arts organizations are
involved! 

Small Request Funding
The next deadline for Small Request funding applications is December
12...applications will be for the second quarter of the OCA's funding,
January through March.  Requests may be for up to $500. Contact the OCA
for application forms and guidelines, 573-874-6386, or use the on-line
