The Commission on Cultural Affairs will meet July 10, 2006 at 4:15 pm in
the mezzanine conference room, City Hall, 701 E. Broadway. Please note
additional information that follows the agenda.

CITY ARTS FUNDING
At their July 10 meeting, the Commission on Cultural Affairs will
finalize their recommendations for funding of local arts organizations.
The meeting will be held in the mezzanine conference room of City Hall,
701 E. Broadway, and will start at 4:15. The public hearing on the
funding will start at 5:00 p.m. Applicants are invited to attend and
address the Commission, but are not required to do so. After the
Commission acts on their recommendations, they will be forwarded to City
Council for review. Applicants will be notified of the date and time of
the Council meeting.
INPUT ON THE ARTS FUNDING PROCESS...
If you submitted a funding application, you have received a
survey...please complete and send it in as soon as possible while the
process is still fresh in your mind. Your input is important to us as
it helps us to assess the clarity of the form and the overall ease of
the process. If you need another copy of the survey, just contact us.
COLUMBIA FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS
Local arts organizations with 501c3 status are invited to have a booth
at the Festival, September 23-24, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Call
