ARTS FUNDING DEADLINE APPROACHING 
The next deadline for Small Request funding is
approaching...applications are due June 10th at 5:00 p.m. Applications
received by the deadline will be reviewed at the July meeting of the
Commission. For more information or for an application, contact the OCA,
or use the online form at www.GoColumbiaMo.com.

FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS 
Local arts organizations with 501c3 status are invited to have an
informational booth at the Festival, September 27-28, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
both days. Call 573-874-6387 or e-mail festival at GoColumbiaMo.com by June
16 to receive information and apply. New this year: no booth fee! Arts
organization participation is free.

ARTS EXPRESS NEWSLETTER DEADLINES 
The next deadline for Arts Express newsletter submissions is June 2…for
the July-Aug. newsletter. Don’t miss this opportunity to get the word
out about your events to the more than 2500 individuals, groups and
schools who receive Arts Express. We cannot accept submissions past the
deadline so work ahead and get information to us so it is included…fax
(874-7681), mail (OCA, P.O. Box 6015, Columbia, 65205) or email
(ArtsExpress at GoColumbiaMo.com) your information…but don’t call as
we cannot accept submissions by phone. Include event/activity title, a
short description of it, date, time, place and a contact phone number
for more information. We also need the sponsoring organization’s name,
address and phone number and a contact person if we have questions.
