Office of Cultural Affairs Updates...
CITY ARTS FUNDING INFO.
If your organization is interested in applying for city arts funding,
you are encouraged to have a representative attend our annual workshop
-- new applicants should definitely attend. Previous applicants are
likewise encouraged as guidelines change each year. Rather than having a
formal “sit and listen” workshop, organizational representatives are
invited to stop by anytime 12:30 to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, January 29, to
pick up the new application and meet briefly with staff. We’ll be in
the board room of the city’s Gentry Building, 1 S. Seventh Street.
Hopefully you’ll find time during the lunch hour, afternoon or after
work to come by. The “workshop” is free and you do not need to call
ahead to register...just stop by. If you can’t make it on the 29th,
contact the OCA to receive the funding application form and to discuss
the process.
