*Annual Arts Organization Funding*

Contracts for fiscal year 2013 arts funding were sent to arts organizations
on October 19. Signed contracts, revised narratives and/or budgets and
responses to stipulations are due back to the OCA on or before December 17
and must be received before payment can be made. If you have not received
your packet, or have questions about the process, contact the OCA,

*Arts Express Newsletter Deadlines for 2013*

Don’t miss an opportunity to get the word out about your programs! Our Arts
Express newsletter is mailed to 1500+ and e-mailed to over 1000. Send
information to PO Box 6015, Columbia, 65205; fax to 573-443-3986; or e-mail
to ArtsExpress at GoColumbiaMo.com; submissions cannot be accepted by phone.
The 2013 deadlines are:

·      *January-February issue:* entries due 12.3.12

·      *March-April issue:* entries due 2.1.13

·      *May-June issue:* entries due 4.1.13

·      *July-August issue:* entries due 6.3.13

·      *September-October issue:* entries due 8.1.13

·      *November-December issue:* entries due 10.1.13

·      *January-February 2014 issue:* entries due 12.2.13

*Small Request Funding*

 The maximum amount for Small Request funding was raised to $750 last year.
The next deadline for applications is December 10 and is open to non-profit
arts organizations that meet the eligibility requirements. Applications
will be for the second quarter of the OCA’s funding, and must be for
projects occurring after January 14, but before October 1, 2013. Contact
