[Youth Football]

It's not to late to register for youth lacrosse in Columbia.
 
Registration deadline has been extended!  Sign up today!
 
Open to Boys and Girls, grades 3-8.
 
Practices: Monday and Wednesday, 5:30-7:00
Games: Sunday afternoons (after church)
 
Season begins March 16. Last registration date April 1.

Complete the form and bring it into Play It Again Sports along with payment and a copy of your insurance card.
Boys will need to be fitted for a helmet at the time of registration.
