After a long harsh winter it seems as though the weather may beginning to break. Both L.A. Nickell and Lake of the Woods Golf Course will be reopening Thursday, February 28. Tee times can be made 7 days in advance using the automated system at 447-4166. Green Fees for Monday-Friday $16 prior to 2:00, $13 after 2:00pm, Saturday and Sunday $21 prior to 2:00pm, $17 after 2:00pm. Annual passes may be purchased at either course, for prices please refer to our website at www.GoColumbiaMo.com/ParksandRec/golf 
Again this year we are offering 10 play punch cards for $150. This entiltes holder to 10 rounds of golf on any day of the week. New this year we are offering 10 play punch cards with cart rental for $250. This entitles holder to 10 rounds of golf on any day of the week plus a single rider 18 hole cart rental.

For those of you in need of new golf shoes, Lake of the Woods has just received its spring shipment of Nike. We also have a few remaining Foot Joy closeout shoes.

Course hours are currently 8:00am-Dark. As a reminder on days when frost is present the course will remain closed until the greens are frost free. Beginning March 9 you will have an extra hour of daylight as we turn our clocks ahead giving us additional time enjoy a round of golf after work

To celebrate the coming of spring we would like to invite you to bring a friend and with this email you will receive 2 greenfees and cart rental for $27. This is valid Monday-Friday and exprires on March 7, 2008.
