We are now on our Fall hours meaning the courses now open at 8:00. With approaching cool mornings please be aware that on mornings there is frost the courses remain closed until the greens are frost free. The time of opening then varies due to how heavy of a frost we have. Our winter opening policy is if the forecast is for a high of 33 or above and the course is playable we are open. We do reserve the right to close at any time due to lack of attendance. So, it is always a good idea to call out on those cold days to make sure we are open. Later this fall both L.A. Nickell and Lake of the Woods will have a limited number of carts that have full covers on them for those of you who want to enjoy a round on those cold days.

Now is the time to think about those holiday gifts, Titleist has free personalization on golf balls. There is a 1 dozen minimum order and must be ordered in dozen units. Up to 3 lines of text with a maximum of 17 characters per line may be put on the balls. These can be ordered at Lake of the Woods and must be ordered by December 10 to insure that you have them by December 25. Lake of the Woods currently has a some great sale items ranging from shoes, shirts, rain jackets and much more. Gift Certificates may be purchased at the Parks and Recreation office located at 1 South 7th Monday-
Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
