Temporary closure of Hyde Park Avenue
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced today that beginning Monday, Dec. 13, at 8:30 a.m., Examish
Specialties Inc., the contractor working for Godas Development, will
begin construction of a sanitary sewer main extension to serve a new
Hyde Park South development. This work will result in the temporary
closure of Hyde Park Avenue approximately 400 feet south of the
intersection with Cooper Drive. A temporary detour road will be
constructed and maintained around the work area.
	The work should be completed, weather permitting, and the street
should be reopened Wednesday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. Motorists and
pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the
construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
