Stewart Road closure
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced today that beginning Tuesday, Aug. 23, at 7 a.m., the
University of Missouri will begin various repairs at the University
Power Plant. This work will result in the closure of Stewart Road
between Fourth Street and Fifth Street for the next several months. 
	The work should be completed and the street should be reopened,
weather permitting, by Saturday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m. Motorists and
pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the
construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
