Mayor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health's Fitness Forum
scheduled for Sept. 26	
								
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The next Mayor's Council on Physical Fitness
and Health's Fitness Forum is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 26, at 5:30
p.m. at the Activity & Recreation Center (ARC), 1701 West Ash.  
	Mayor Hindman will present Fitness Awards to local citizens who
have made healthy changes in their own lives or have been role models
for others. Jill Williams, registered dietician with Boone Hospital's
WELLAWARE program, will speak on the topic "Super Foods II: Foods You
Should be Eating!"  
	This is a free event open to all community members and
refreshments will be provided.
