Painting scheduled
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announced Park Mark
Inc. will re-stripe pavement markings (weather permitting).
	The following streets will be re-painted beginning Saturday,
Aug. 5, and continuing through Friday, Aug. 11: Broadway; Southampton;
and the Central Business District, which includes Walnut, Ash, Locust,
Cherry, Hitt, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and various
other streets.
	Motorists encountering the paint-striping equipment should avoid
crossing freshly painted lines and use an alternative route whenever
possible. Anyone having questions related to the maintenance work
planned should contact the Traffic Division at 874-6292.
