Columbia Transit’s ‘Jump on the Spirit Bus’
									
                (COLUMBIA, MO) - MU Tiger football fans can cheer for
their team and avoid the traffic on game day. All they have to do is
catch the Spirit Bus!
	Columbia Transit System offers a shuttle service to and from
Faurot Field for all home football games. The cost is $1 each way from
downtown and $2 each way from the motel routes. All buses go to Maryland
and Hospital Drive, just north of the stadium. 
	The downtown routes start one and a half hours before kick-off,
departing on a 15 minute schedule from historic Wabash Station, with a
final departure 15 minutes before kick-off. 
	Downtown pick-up points include Wabash Station, Boone Tavern,
the 8th Street parking garage, Harpo’s, Addison’s Grill, Flat Branch
Pub and Shiloh Grill.
	The pickup times for the motel and shopping center routes vary
according to game time; exact times are available at each hotel and at
the Columbia Transit Web site www.GoColumbiaMo.com. Pickup points on the
west side of town include the Holiday Inn Executive Center, Days Inn,
Motel 6, Econo Lodge, Quality Inn, Best Value Inn, Travel Lodge and
Ramada Inn. 
	East side pickup points include the Fairfield Inn, the Super 8
Motel, Hampton Inn, Best Western, Hawthorne Suites, Holiday Inn Express,
 Wingate Inn, Candlewood Suites, the Courtyard Marriott, the Rock Bridge
Shopping Center and Stony Creek Inn.
	The drop-off point for all the routes is just north of Stadium
Road at Maryland and Hospital Drive. Following the game, the final buses
will depart the Maryland and Hospital Drive stop 30 minutes after the
