East Broadway lane closure              
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announced today
that beginning Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 7:30 a.m., River City Construction,
the contractor working for Boone Hospital Center, will begin
construction of a right-turn lane to Boone Hospital Medical Park. This
work will result in the temporary closure of the northern westbound lane
of Broadway, immediately west of Old 63 South to Fyfer Place. Westbound
traffic will be restricted to one lane through this area. 
	The work should be completed and the street fully reopened,
weather permitting, by Friday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m. Motorists and
pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the
construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
