Home maintenance class offered               
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Department of Planning and Development is
sponsoring a HomeWorks home maintenance class on Saturday, Jan. 28, from
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Activity and Recreation Center (ARC), 1701 W.
Ash St. This is a program for homeowners about basic home repairs,
maintenance and financial management necessary to successfully maintain
a home. Classes are free. Individuals receiving housing rehabilitation
funds through the city of Columbia are eligible to receive a free home
maintenance guide book (one per household). Other attendees may purchase
a book for $25. Registration is required.
