Sewer manhole work on Providence Road
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - Due to the extreme afternoon temperatures, the
Public Works Department Sewer Utility will begin replacing the sewer
manhole frames and covers on Providence Road between Business Loop 70
East and Stadium Boulevard at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, through
Friday, July 21, rather than at the previously announced starting time
of 9 a.m.   
	The street will remain open, but traffic may be diverted through
the work area.  The work is expected to be completed prior to 4 p.m.
each day.
	Motorists are urged to exercise extreme caution when driving
through the work area and use alternate routes when possible. Anyone
having questions related to the planned work should call the Sewer
Utility at (573) 874-6287.
