Street maintenance operations - mill and overlay	
								
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced today that beginning Wednesday, Aug. 2, at 7 a.m., APAC Inc.,
the contractor who was awarded the annual contract, will begin
cold-milling and asphalt overlay of various city streets.
	Traffic will be monitored and maintained by flag men. The work
should be completed, weather permitting, and the streets should be fully
reopened by Tuesday, Aug. 8, at 5 p.m. Motorists and pedestrians are
urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use
an alternate route whenever possible.

Milling operation:

8/2 - Southampton Drive, from Providence Road to Bethel Street &
Fairview Road, from Rollins Road to Malibu Court

8/3 - Fairview Road, from Rollins Road to Malibu Court & Blue Ridge
Road from Brown Station Road to Skylane Drive

8/4 - Blue Ridge Road from Brown Station Road to Skylane Drive

8/5 - Blue Ridge Road from Brown Station Road to Skylane Drive 

Paving operation:
