Temporary closure of Elm Street
									
	(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announced today that beginning Monday, April 3, at 7 a.m., PCE Inc., the
contractor working for  United Methodist Church, will begin a crane lift
operation on Elm Street. This work will result in the temporary closure
of Elm Street between Ninth Street and Tenth Street during the hours of
7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. 
	The work should be completed and the street should be reopened,
weather permitting, by Thursday, April 6, at 3:30 p.m. Motorists and
pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the
construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
