Interested Party Meeting for Hunt Avenue Project

COLUMBIA, MO (August 1, 2007) - The Public Works Department announces
an informal Open House/ Public Meeting concerning the Hunt Avenue
reconstruction and storm drainage project. The meeting will be held
Tuesday, August 7 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at ARC (Activity and
Recreation Center), 1701 West Ash Street, Meeting Room A. 

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss street and storm water design
for the Hunt Avenue project, which extends from Worley Street to I-70
Drive SW. The project is identified for construction in 2008.
Information, maps and diagrams for these projects will be available for
public review, and city staff and consulting engineers will be present
to answer questions and receive comments.
