Clark Lane public hearing

(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Public Works Department announces a public hearing
for the reconstruction of Clark Lane to be held Monday, Dec. 17, during
the regularly scheduled City Council meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. in
the Council Chambers, fourth floor of the Daniel Boone Building, 701 E.
Broadway. The proposed project includes the extension of Clark Lane from
Ballenger Lane to St. Charles Road. 

The Clark Lane project is one of the 2005 ballot projects and was
prioritized by the City Council for construction in 2008. Project cost
is estimated to be about $3.6 million. Through an agreement with The
Links at Columbia Management Company  LLC, the developer will fund a box
culvert over Hominy Branch for a multiuse underpass, a single-lane
roundabout at St. Charles Road and partial funding of a roundabout at
Route PP.
