Chip sealing streets
(COLUMBIA, MO) - The city of Columbia Public Works Department
announces that beginning Monday, July 16, through Friday, July 20, 7
a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the Street Division will begin chip/seal maintenance
on the following streets:
- Hatton Drive from Mills to end of concrete
- Robin from Sunborough Drive to south end
- Walnut from Aldeah to Bicknell
- Donnelly from Hirth to Hardin
- Hardin from north end to Worley
- North Boulevard from Rangeline to Coats
- Rose Drive from Stadium to asphalt
- Garden Drive from Tulip Court to Primrose
- Garden Drive from asphalt to Tulip Court
- Mayflower from Garden to Rose
- Pannell Street from Business Loop to Railroad Street
- Lakeview Avenue from Edison to Fir Place
- Fay Street from Lakeview to Business Loop
- Edison from Lakeview Avenue to Business Loop
- Parker Street from Blueridge Road to Heriford
- Grissum Drive from Holly Avenue to Marsha Court
- Carpenter Drive from Holly Avenue to Marsha Court
- Skylane Drive from Blueridge Drive to Lance Drive
- Holly Avenue from Oakland Gravel to Parker Street
- Mary Jane Drive from east end to Brown Station Road
- Peabody Road from landfill to Route B
- Penn Terrace from Creekwood Parkway to Golden Bear Drive
- Penn Terrace from east end to Creekwood Parkway
- Conley Avenue from Ninth Street to Fourth Street
- Hubbell Drive from Ash Street to Walnut Street
- Hamilton Way from Waugh Street to west end
- Locust Street from College Avenue to Hitt Street
This work will result in temporary lane restrictions on the
streets listed above.
The work should be completed and the street fully reopened each day,
weather permitting. Parking on the street will be restricted on each
street during this period.
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in
the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
