Re-striping pavement markings
COLUMBIA, MO (October 22, 2007) - The Public Works Department announces
the Traffic Division will be re-striping pavement markings beginning
Wednesday, October 24 and continue through Friday, November 9, weather
permitting, from 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. daily.  The following streets
will be re-painted: Broadway, Old Highway 63, Worley, Bernadette, West
Boulevard, Mexico Gravel, Brown School and various other streets. 

Motorists encountering the paint striping equipment should avoid
crossing freshly painted lines and use an alternative route whenever
possible. Anyone having questions related to the maintenance work
planned should contact the Traffic Division at (573) 874-6292.
