Drop-off recycling containers moved
(COLUMBIA, MO) - The Columbia Public Works Solid Waste Division
announces a public drop-off recycling center has been placed on the new
State Farm Parkway, just south of the Nifong connector. These containers
were previously located on Gray Oak Drive (north of Wal-Mart
Supercenter), but were moved to a new permanent location on State Farm
Parkway.
Additional drop-off containers are located at Patricia's IGA on
N. Keene Street, Gerbes on Paris Road and West Broadway, Home Depot on
Clark Lane, Moser's Price Chopper on the Business Loop 70, Rollins
Dining Hall (University of Missouri Campus) and Dulany Hall off 8th
Street (Columbia College). These containers accept the same recyclable
items that may be placed curbside. Please do not deposit plastic bags in
the drop-off containers.
