What: News conference to review agenda items for Sept. 17 City Council
Meeting

Tip for Monday: Pre-Council Topics: Not identified yet 
NOTE: Pre-Council will start at 5:45 p.m. instead of 6 p.m.

Monday’s agenda includes a third and final public hearing on the
city’s proposed FY 2008 budget - items related to this topic include:
Special Business District budget; utility rates; employee and retiree
health plans; employee classification review; several city fee
increases; personnel ordinances; and general public comments
