Fire in mobile classroom at Grant Elementary School determined to be
incendiary

COLUMBIA, MO (January 2, 2008) - Columbia fire investigators have
determined the fire at 10 East Broadway, Mobile Classroom D at Grant
Elementary School, was intentionally set. The fire occurred around 5:40
a.m. on Dec. 30.

Fire investigators are working with the Major Crimes Unit of the
Columbia Police Department, as well as the Columbia Public School
officials on this investigation. 

No further information on the cause is available for release at this
point. 

Anyone with information on this matter is asked to call CrimeStoppers
