What: News conference to review agenda items for Jan. 22 City Council
meeting

Assistant City Manager Paula Hertwig Hopkins will fill in for City
Manager Bill Watkins

NOTE: Pre-Council will start at 5:45 p.m.

Pre-Council Topics: Budget process changes for FY 2009; Vision plan
implementation; other items Council may want to discuss.
