COLUMBIA, MO (June 3, 2008) - 

City manager's ‘State of the City’ address 

When: Wednesday, June 4, starting at 9:30 a.m.

Where: City Council Chamber, 4th floor, Daniel Boone Building, 701 E.
Broadway

What: Address and news conference to lay out city manager’s
priorities for FY 2009

Notes: The Columbia Channel will rebroadcast the address Friday,
Saturday and Sunday at 8 a.m. and  5 p.m. - airing on Mediacom channel
13 and Charter Communications channel 2. 

Council retreat

When: Thursday, June 5, starting at 6:30 p.m. through 11:30 a.m. on
Saturday, June 8

Where: Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, Mo.

What: City Council, city manager and staff will review critical issues
in advance of budget  preparations for Fiscal Year 2009. This meeting is
open to the public.
